Summer Spectacular 2026 

The Portland Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society is hosting it’s annual show on June 19, 2026 from 7:30pm to 9:30pm at the Village Church in Beaverton.

The show, Summer Spectacular will feature some of the best a cappella music available anywhere! 

Performing will be the Vocal Summit men’s chorus, directed by International Champion Director Justin Miller.  This chorus competed in the 2026 international competition and placed 14th in the world. The chorus is currently planning a trip to Hawaii this fall to compete in the prestigious Pan-Pacific Barbershop Chorus Competition.

Also performing will be PDX Voices, a mixed chorus, that scored 12th in the international barbershop competition held in 2024.  PDX Voices will be performing in the annual show after making a trip to Germany this spring to compete in the BinG! Chorus Competition.

The quartet Mug Shot will also be performing.  This outstanding mixed quartet, representing the Portland Chapter at the 2025 Evergreen District Competition, defeated all other competing quartets and walked away from the contest as this District Champion!

The headliner quartet for this show will be Double Date, a mixed quartet that won the BinG! World Mixed Quartet Competition in Germany twice!  We can expect some of the very best quality in their performance and be assured of maximum entertainment.
